While I have dealt with blatant discrimination by my peers, in the film program at Wright State University, my professors have tried very hard to include me and work with me.

This isn’t about anything I’ve done or even protecting Willie. Keeping my grandfather from me is pure selfishness and bigotry. The cruelty continues as Willie continues to hang on and I still am unable to talk to him.

People with disabilities are people first. All of you need to be made aware of the fact that this societal oppression is occurring. You may be guilty of it, yourself.
My tongue-in-cheek response to all the stupid crap people say to those in wheelchairs. Really, don’t take this post too seriously. While saying this stuff may make you look dumb, I’m not going to be pissed if you make yourself look ignorant!
